Computer Account Initial Password Setup

You must have a Personal E-mail Address as well as the required information below on record with LSCPA to use this service.
The service is designed to allow you to setup your account's initial password and can only be used FIVE times. You MUST enroll/register yourself in the LSCPA Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) service immediately after successful setup of your initial password to be able to reset your password in the future:
